Seat training

Our seat should first and foremost support the horse in its movement

The more we look into the horse’s biotechnology and tensigrity, the clearer it becomes how important we as riders are to the horse’s well-being and performance.
We often talk about not wanting to force the horse into a mold, but rarely transfer this to the rider.

A beautiful and textbook correct seat does not necessarily have to be a functional seat.
At the latest since the tensigrity of the fascial chains has received more and more attention, instructions such as “heels low” should have disappeared from modern lessons.
Our seat should first and foremost support the horse in its movement.

I use modern methods to help you improve your seat both on and off the horse.
Exercises from the Franklin method and the principles and methods of Eckart Meyners are among the methods I use.
