Great to have you with us!

Hello and welcome!

I am delighted that you have booked an appointment for online lessons. Here you will find all the important information for a smooth process:

What you should do before the appointment:

1. prepare the technology

Please check in advance whether your setup is working:

  • Camera (e.g. Pivo, Pixem/Pixio)
  • a stable Internet connection
  • Smartphone, tablet or laptop
  • If necessary, a helper or tripod for camera alignment
  • Most cell phones/cameras do not like extreme weather conditions. Protect your cell phone from extreme heat or rain, e.g. with a small umbrella
  • The devices you use must be fully charged – the systems consume an extremely large amount of battery. If your battery is a little older, it helps to connect a power bank directly.
  • Headsets need a sufficient range. Noise Cancellation makes it more comfortable for you and me in class

Special features of the Pivo:

  • please enable guest access so that I can move the camera in case the autotracking loses you
  • make sure that the Pivo Pod and the cell phone are connected and you have started the session

Depending on the system, you will find suitable instructions here:

πŸ”— Pivo – Getting Started (Official Guide)

πŸ”— Pivo Support

πŸ”— Pixem/Pixio – First steps & instructions (official)

πŸ”— Pixem user manual

πŸ”— Zoom – Instructions for participants

πŸ”— Google Meet – Participation and technology

2. approx. 30 minutes before your appointment: communicate system & link

Please register by e-mail about 30 minutes before the lesson

and let me know which system you would like to use:

    • Pivo
    • Google Meet
    • Zoom
    • Pixem / Pixio

Please send me the respective access or invitation link or indicate that you are working with Pixem.

πŸ‘‰ If you train with Pixem/Pixio, just send me a short email. I will then dial into the account in good time – you simply call me on time via the system.

3. keep your cell phone handy

Please keep your cell phone nearby or keep an eye on it during the session. If there are any technical problems, we can coordinate quickly.

What you can expect in class

We will meet at the booked time via video call.

You will receive individual feedback, training tips and specific ideas on how you can improve your riding in a targeted manner – whether for leisure or competition. You are welcome to think about a topic you would like to work on in advance. If you would like to work on specific patterns, you are welcome to send them to me in the e-mail with the link. You are welcome to set up materials such as poles or pylons that you would like to use in training beforehand.

Any questions?

Then get in touch by e-mail: an*******@***************er.de

I’m looking forward to our training!

Best regards
Stefanie
